With a bright and sunny modern pop sound, Tenth Avenue North (the group took its name from a major road in the West Palm Beach, FL area where the band was originally formed) have become one of the brightest lights on the contemporary Christian music scene. Love this. It can be tough finding a christian group that hits home with me. These dudes do an excellent job of uplifting my spirit and keeping me grounded to my faith and my father. :)
They are good singers, good songwriters, good musicians, good people...but most of all, they love Jesus and it shows...and they give Him the glory, and don't take it for themselves. just got back from ATF in Dallas and they played there. can honestly say that they are one of the best bands ive ever heard, but they are even better people! they were such a blessing and reached many souls in the name of Jesus Christ our lord and savior! i thank God for giving me the opportunity to hear them live!

Sadly, the By Your Side song has a subtly yet false message. Take the lyric Let me lift up your face for example. Thankfully the God of all Grace is the lifter up of mine head as David noted in Psalm 3:3. A heaven born soul is taught that God has accomplished the work. There is no might, maybe or begging on God's part. It's finished and every one of His children will come to him: John 6:37 All that the Father giveth me shall come to me; and him that cometh to me I will in no wise cast out.

Tenth Avenue North could potentially be one of the best modern Christian bands. They have such a sweet Christ-like spirit and are focused on the true goal - bringing people to Christ. These guys came from the church I went to in the West Palm Beach area. They used to play for youth events at the church and would travel around singing at different churches as well. They finally hit it big in 2008 but they have always remained humble and Mike's songwriting has continued to reflect the deep longing of our souls for a loving and merciful God. There's no pretense in anything they do; it's always been apparent to those of us that knew them before they were a well-known band.

These guys are my favorite band, EVA! they are totally awesome. anyone who disses them is just plain weird. Tenth Avenue North has meaning in their lyrics and helps a lot of people pull through things. KEEP IT UP GUYS! don't get caught in the undertow!

i love avenue north because there songs are so good well actually i like all of the christian music and artists and i like taylor swift so ya that is cool i guess ya i go to church in elkriver and it is awesome
