Melancholy Brit-pop quartet Thirteen Senses originated from Cornwall, England with the lineup of Will South (vocals, guitar, piano), Tom Welham (guitar, vocals), Adam Wilson (bass) and Brendon James (drums). First going under the name Soul Magician, the band released a single titled "Inside a Healing Mind" in 2002, followed by the "No Other Life Is Attractive," the first release as Thirteen Senses. "Falls in the Dark" surfaced a year later. The Invitation was available by September 2004 and reached number 14 on the U.K. charts upon its re-release. Cracking the singles chart were a handful of songs including "Into the Fire," which was featured in several popular U.S television shows. The band toured Europe in 2005 before returning to the studio for Contact, appearing in April 2007. ~ Kenyon Hopkin, Rovi
Whenever a band becomes as hugely successful as Coldplay, it's inevitable that other record labels will search for sound-alikes, that's the nature of the music business. The good thing about the music business is it's diversification. Hence, there's music for everyone.
I hear more the likes of a closeness to Oasis with Noel singing and a bit better than Coldplay as they are good, but sometimes you need a new spice in the pot. This might be it.

amazing band. but pandora is REALLY missing a lot of albums. including the newest one.
I love how if people do not find a song or musical group enticing, they revert to the inane response it sucks. Remember folks music is SUBJECTIVE and is up for anyone's interpretation. If you would prefer to buttrock out to Creed or Adam Lambert than so be it, but do not force your skewed opinion on others.

jtmiles, Coldplay does NOT suck, but i'm sure your musical favorites probably do....

Goddamn, these guys are horrible. Bands like these are for people who may like music, but don't love it.

Alex, when you grow up you will realize that Coldplay sucks.

So refreshing. LOVE IT!!! Gotta love pandora for finding it for me. haha. Thanks sooooo much. I found a new band. :)
I guess the guitar chords are like Coldplay but you can definitly see and hear the Travis and Oasis influences.Very nice and underrated band.Long live Thirteen Senses,oh yeah and Coldplay rocks!!!!!!!
I wouldn't be suprised if Coldplay said that they're so modest if you ever listen to an interview they basically dont think they're as good as they really are

Don't diss Coldplay. Not cool. I love Into the Fire tho.
