Is more saying about how people blinding flow orders form others and how hypocrictical they at it as it goes but in a way its a message to those who believe in god they shouldnt flow everything and be a hypocrit as well they should see god as a person more of make believe person to guide through tough times
This song isn't hating on christianity its just saying that the minority of christians take it to an extreme and is constantly preaching christianity to people who don't want to hear it. Unfortunatly this happens in all religions so maybe their pointing out the flaws in religion as a whole. Actually now that I think of it their not even attacking religion their attacking the people that practice religion to an extreme
Sacrilegious my a** this song says it all people are stupid and follow other people that are just as blind and hypocritical as the next person. We don't need religion or fake people guiding us
I feel bad when I listen song because of the sacrilegious lyrics but I can't stop! Help!

To all of yall saying this song is hating specifically on Christianity, if you objectively read the lyrics as a whole, and not piece by piece, I could easily argue that this song is actually pro Christian in a way. If you don't like the lyrics, enjoy it for the skill involved!!!
You've got to look at a deeper level. They might totally be hatin' on Christianity. Yet they never say Jesus. They never say Jehovah. They just say God. They could be speaking metaphorically. Just read into the song, man. Like or dislike, but don't waste our time on hate posts. Kay brah?
@joedoane, this song describes you perfectly! I'm a Christian but this in no way, shape, or form insults me. Its music. Listen if you like, skip it if you don't. Its that simple.
i totally agree with daniel. im a christian and this song totally contradicts my belief. but i do love this song. i just take it as he will believe what he wants and i'll enjoy his music while i believe in what i believe. i love all their songs. they rock :) :P
this song is kinda offensive to anybody who believes in God cause the song can be taking as saying what we believe in is wrong... its kinda like, to you secular people, if somebody told you that one of the most important ideals you hold dear is a complete lie. and this song is kinda true, people following the Church blindly. in my opinion, religion should be something completely up to each individual. personally, all i need is a Bible for my religion, might as well not (ran outta space lol)
I'm a christian and I don't see it as offensive. in fact, I agree with them. But it is NOT a disease. everyone has a right to their own beliefs. how would you feel if someone started bashing your religon?
krisc123456
christians are offended when you tell them there wrong but its ok for them to tell everyone else there wrong every word of this song is true and religion is a disease that is killing our world
nbrehm92
@joedoane actually they are expressing their beliefs in the artistic medium known as music. It takes a christian to see this as an offensive song.
Hating on Christianity: It's like cruise control for cool in metal bands. How about you make some music that isn't inspired by your convenient hate objects? A religious person was mean to you once! Woah noes! Pff. That's not metal, that's screamo by another name.
