British boy band 911 was formed in 1995 by singers Spike Dawbarn and Jimmy Constable, who met as dancers on the television series The Hitman and Her; with the addition of third vocalist Lee Brennan, the group recorded their debut single, "Night to Remember," cracking the British Top 40 in early 1996. The follow-up, "Love Sensation," was an even bigger hit, and with "Don't Make Me Wait," 911 scored the first in a series of ten consecutive Top Ten entries, which also included "Bodyshakin'," "The Journey" (the title track of their 1997 debut LP), "More Than a Woman," and the chart-topping "A Little Bit More." 911's sophomore album, Moving On, followed in 1998, and in early 1999 the trio issued the covers collection There It Is. ~ Jason Ankeny, Rovi
Wat R we gonna do bout it, folks? Pandora isnt the 1st music entity (online radio, customizable stations etc) that just dont hav a clue wat DC GO GO is. On Pandora we can Start wit Contacting them & tellin them. I dont think they read comments on stations. Hit the "Help" button on the top right & the 1st sentence u'll C under the main heading has a link 4 contacting them. They want feedback-Giv it 2 them. Tell'em they R missin out on a big group of music fans that'd be Pandora customers otherwise
Get hip to Go Go Pandora. This is a DC Go Go Band called 911. So far Pandora only knows Chuck Brown, Trouble Funk, EU and Rare Essence, but there are dozens of Go Go Bands that need to be on here.
This is NOT the 911 band, unfortunatly Pandora has no IDEA what GO-GO music of D.C. is
