I checked out the Tears For Fears original, then The Gary Jules cover and finally the Adam Lambert Cover. All I got to say is I like the Gary Jules cover the most.

Tears for Fears wrote some great songs but the original recording doesn't match the words. I recently heard the Curt Smith from Tears for Fears sing this with just a guitar. It was awesome. Wish I could find it. It was on some show I was watching. Can't even remember the show, just him singing. It was great. Adam is good though. I personally think Gary Jules did one of the best. I didn't like Alex Parks version. We all have our tastes and will never agree so why argue.

This is the worst cover of this song I've heard. Gary Jules has the best. Alex Parks' at least has a voice that sounds good w/o auto-tuning. Nice to see so many people realizing what a great Tears for Fears song this was.

This is probably the worst cover of any song, ever. My biggest regret is that I can't give it a thumbs down because I'm afraid Pandora would ban the good versions of it from my station.
