Select recording artist AMG hasn't made much hip-hop impact. His tough-talking, prototype gangsta rap was featured on two discs for Select in 1991. B**ch Betta Have My Money charted, peaking at 63 on the pop album charts. Ballin' Out of Control followed in 1995, trailed two years later by Pimp's Anthem. B**ch Betta Have My Money 2001 appeared at the turn of the millennium. ~ Ron Wynn, Rovi
This commentary on AMG is one of the worse written and one sided views I have seen in a long while. AMG was instrumental in the west coast party scene during the time. Releasing party anthem after anthem that widen the paths for greats like Snoop Dogg Warren G and the like.
"Select recording artist AMG hasn't made much hip-hop impact." Are you kidding me? What moron wrote that?

Itz been awhile b cuz AMG hasn't done anything since his Greatest Hitz Album (which iz DOPE)(He also cameos other rappers like Dresta (Strait Sick)..... But as of late he hooked up wit Quik and formed The Fixxers album which is pretty good
Wow, It's been a while since anyone has commented, but I got to give it up to AMG I used to party to this s**t when I was a kid,and the women especially loved It!
He did alot for hip-hop, unlike what the BIO says. He has his own G Swang and style and has given more credibility to Playaz & Pimpz rappin' it up on the MIC, next to Quik & Snoop.
He is a West Coast favorite!!!! ! !
Check out Break Bread on his greatest hits album!!!!!!
