Anointed

Producers Mark Heimermann and Chris Harris formed the gospel/R&B group Anointed in the early '90s, releasing Spiritual Love Affair and It's in God's Hands Now before their breakout album The Call appeared in 1995. Besides being Anointed's best-selling work to date, the album garnered a Grammy nomination and three Dove awards, including Best Contemporary Gospel Album of the Year. The Call!!!! A childhood song of mine. You know when your young and listen to a song or artist because your parents do. Now that I am a mother, my children are inspired by the same song. Just a song to me then.....A spiritual uplifting song now.

I love them since the first video of Under the Influence was shown on BET. They are wonderful and Now Is the Time is a great album! "The Great I Am" is one of the most ispirational and I feel like God himself is talking to me everytime I hear that song.
Anointed is part of what inspiration I received going through high school. I thank God for using them to encourage me.
I haven't enjoyed an album this much from them since Spiritual Love Affair and The Call. This album is hot!

My favorite song by Anointed Is Revive Us...I heard it like a LOOOONG time ago and liked it but I forgot about it for a while. But after listening to it again I realized how good these guys are.
