Hey Buckaroo down there: Stevie Ray practiced way too much for your comparison to exist. I like this, but Keys is more novelty (to me). And check out father and son Doyle Bramhall and Doyle II before you name drop Life By The Drop. Love your interest though...... . . . . .

"Love is the coal that makes this train roll, let me be your everlasting light..." may be the greatest love song I have ever heard. Lyrics worthy of William Wordsworth's Ode to "Intimations of Immortality" ; music worthy of Stevie Ray Vaughan's "Life by the Drop"...
From opening to end this album is simply magnificent.
