Yes and yes
One of his best songs : one of his best albums
Maybe always a little left of right, as it were.
Wow Bob, You Sure Know How To Make Me Forget Why I Was Angry... Thank You, Bon Dylan :) Your Voice Is Purely Amazing.. <3
What can u say about Dylan? The poet laureate of my generation and many generations following mine...no one has touched him yet.
A nicer, gentler melody and sounds a little Just Like A Woman.

Believe it or not Dylan is still performing at his age and I've heard that he still does Desolation Row. Oh, he's coming to a town near me and I'm seriously considering going. Even if he's not as good as he used to be I know that I can still appreciate his music live.
Dylan is as much about words as music. A true poet! I believe many of his songs have been made more memorable by other artists. Oh we'll!

Longest Dylan song evah... though I could be wrong :/
I had to learn the Lyrics to Ballad of a thin Man ,for a band I was in . It wasn't too hard . This one would be a bit more challenging, t h o u g h . . .
It's easy to get lost in the world Dylan creates here, and I don't mind that at al

I've always enjoyed the dual imagery of this song!
Nice song, but it really just seems like a random mashing of insanity that makes no sense to me. In fact I wouldn't be surprised in the least if I was told he was high as a jetliner when he wrote them.

It's surreal enough to project anything on it from class warfare to metaphysical angst. That's what I love about it. BTW, in feudal class struggle, vassals would be seen as oppressed since they were subservient to the lords, not as as oppressors.
perfect for the music that should have been played at the spectacle that was 'a memorial service' in tuscon last night. what presience- go zimmi, go!
Cormac McCarthy. Nick cave. Bob Dylan. Finest storytellers of our time.
What a gorgeous tapestry of lyrics...Dyl a n truly could paint with words the way Da Vinci or Michaelangel o worked with paint.
During the time of this song, Dylan was a true genius, and could do no wrong. Nobody can maintain that for very long, but Dylan got a few very classic albums out of it. The lyrics to Desolation Row are just ridiculously amazing. I've never heard the Dead's versions--wh i l e I can imagine that more could be done with this song musically (and, no, I've never been a big fan of Dylan's wheezing harmonica playing), I really can't picture the lyrics being vocally delivered any more perfectly.

idools, I SECOND THAT EMOTION BRO!! Dylan's good and all, but pales in comparison to The Grateful Dead!! Just ask him!!
Dylan is life at its best........ . . . . . . . . . . c h a n g e is reality. I love him for this !

He truly is a poet...

This is one of my favorite songs; the lyrics are fairly easily understood. Yet, the lyrics as printed have several errors... Sad, very sad.
This song sums up Dylan. The proletariats plight against the vassals and lords. Always a struggle and always totally unfair and abusive. This is Dylan's theme throughout all his music. This is the best one.

Forrest Gump
This song was amazing when it was first released, and it has not lost anything with the passage of time...Bob Dylan is a genius, and this is one of his best songs; the lyrics are haunting and the harmonica work is nothing short of brilliant.
