No it's not. It''s an hour and 50 seconds long. One way of getting through it is to meditate for the first hour and then take a deep breath, hold it in and then slowly exhale as it ends.
@Ryan Doyle: Ohmygosh do you know what your name turns up on YouTube? And yes, I use this music for the exact same thing.

I played this song every day while at a stressful job a few years back. Hearing this music always reminds me of making it through that difficult time. It's hard to say which of Eno's ambient albums is my favorite. I like the soundtrack to Apollo, I love Ambient 3: On Land, I also like Neroli, The Pearl and Plateaux of Mirror. There are a few that I am not as crazy about but that are also good, like Ambient 1 and Music for Films.
I've been caught napping as well. I've been tossed a couple times, but rules r rules. I wish this was around when I was drawing and painting. Heaven easily comes to mind. Love it. Eno was one of my first passions.

Suspended crystaline shimmer. Brian, you make me feel human again. I will thank you someday.
I often listen to an ambient station while sleeping. This song helped deliver the most fantastic and vivid dream! I had just about given up on my imagination.
