Life at Pandora
At Pandora, we speak, breathe and play radio. We're an eclectic mix of musicians, engineers, sales superstars and tech pros with a common goal: improving our product and bringing awesome music to you. Regardless of the device in your pocket, car you drive, computer you use or the TV in your home, we strive to bring you a flawless and personalized music experience.
Chances are Pandora is already a big part of your day. Whether you're laughing to a comedy channel on your commute, busting your butt to a workout mix or bumping a party playlist, you're engaging with our product and helping us improve it.
Working at Pandora is a lot like the service itself. We are diverse, bright and innovative. Our employees explore the latest technology, resources and methodologies to enhance our service. We constantly strive to improve our product, and are dedicated to providing growth opportunities for our staff. Collaboration, curiosity and ambition build the foundation for our workforce. We're looking for smart individuals who are self-motivated and passionate about their work to join our team.
Pandora's Oakland headquarters are our playground. Our office has an open floor-plan, with stunning 360-degree views of the Bay, San Francisco and Mount Tam. Paintings, photography and concert posters from local artists bring character to our walls, and our conference rooms are named after great music venues. With wine bars, art events, an abundance of ethnic restaurants and historic theaters, Oakland satisfies our cultural palate. We're an easy commute from the city, and a leisurely stroll from BART. Our remote offices also extend across the country in Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas, Detroit, New York, Portland, and Santa Monica.
As you can see, we have a lot that we're proud of. However, we're humble enough to recognize that challenges lay ahead. That's why collaboration and creativity are vital to our success. We're thoughtful in decision-making and the integrity of our product always comes first.
We're lucky to call Pandora home. Won't you join us?
