Our responsiveness to listeners and artists plays an important role in Pandora’s success. As Listener Support, our singular focus is to respond to listener and artist emails that come our way. Whether we’re helping with an operational issue or thanking someone for a thoughtful comment or suggestion, we love having conversations with listeners and artists. (Once, we even helped connect a guy to the right Pandora team so he could propose to his girlfriend through a staged audio ad!) We receive a lot of requests, constructive feedback, and praise that we communicate to many other Pandora teams to help make our product even better.
