This sounds like a Las Vegas band covering Cream tunes.

I believed it was derived from Robert Johnson' s early recordings, Cream may have made a few lyric changes, and possibly added to what was already there.

When they played this at the Albert Hall in the late 60's. Clapton was younger and meaner on his guitar. When he finished I think the audience was stunned. They barely clapped. They barely cheered. I don't think they knew what they just heard.

Yeah, we all like to listen to Clapton, wherever he plays. But isn't it nice to hear Jack Bruce & Ginger Baker again?

I believe that lyric is "poor Willie Brown", not "boy Willie Brown".

A bit slower than the original but what the hay?

Master of the six-string. Electric or acoustic, Clapton can do it all. For that, I consider him one of the greatest of all time. Great, great musician.

Close your eyes and listen to the master... Clapton will take you places no other musician can or will take you....

Clapton has always been steeped in the blues. His use of distortion and the stratocaster gives a haunting richness that only he can evoke.
