An instant classic soon as it was laid down on paper or out their heads. Love it. I can kikback and get lost in their music. & Morenos style of writing is beautiful, the songs can mean something differant each time I listen, all depends on me n my mood. Doesn't get better than Deftones 4.

What I love is the contrast at the end. He's so cool and detached for most of it and she's all interviewing him on what she gets and it's like he barely cares. But then he screams "Don't let me go! Don't go!" at the end, heavily distorted. Around the Fur just has that vibe. Cooler than anything, but out of the detachment it's so visceral, explosive and vulnerable too.
