This song is by Emancipator, not Nujabes. The author was not well known in the world however until the famous performer and producer known as Nujabes picked up his song and distributed it in Japan as part of the "Hydeout Productions 2nd Collection". Thus, Nujabes produced his song in Japan and made it worldwide famous, but he was not the author of it.
