Electronic composer and songwriter Gary Stadler combined melodic elements of worldbeat and symphonic wizardry to be one of the new millennium's forerunners in new age music. Throughout the '90s, Stadler slowly crafted his recording career, inking a deal with Sequoia Records and showcasing sonic piano bliss found on his first album, Fairy of the Woods (1996). He and vocalist Laura Drew, who also went under the monikers Singh Kaur and Lorallei, quickly became friends and molded such adoration into a musical companionship. She lent her voice to Stadler's 1998 Celtic inspired album Fairy Nightsongs. Sadly, Drew succumbed to cancer shortly thereafter; Stadler was deeply shaken by the loss of his musical partner, however, he began working with another graceful chanteuse by the name of Stephannie. Her talent was found on Stadler's Fairy Heart Magic, which appeared in fall 2000. Three years later, a collaboration with harpist Lisa Lynne, Reflections of Faerie, showcased a much more intimate and emotional approach from Stadler. 2004's Deep Within a Faerie Forest was equally moving; this time Australian vocalist Wendy Rule joined Stadler for this in-depth aural experience. ~ MacKenzie Wilson, Rovi

The way the music flows into your head, causing happiness, is so much more than what Lady Gaga, or Justin Bieber can make you feel. This song is so relaxing. I picture myself in a field of bright green, my hair flowing behind me, my eyes closed, staring up at the blue sky, and the white clouds just listening to the world of the birds.
Visions are a funny thing when some resonance inspires love. Perhaps she did pull me in by the lapels and kiss me - god forbid it wasn't the Italian way. It gives me gas. This music kicks a** - the fcc don't have shmack on me. Tell her I'm interested.

I've been a fan for a long LONG time! The first song I had heard was Dream spell, and it had just been released. I was in total suspense to get home and play it. It is, and will ALWAYS be my favorite music to listen to and like the others commenting, I love being transported to a magical, mystical place! Thanks Gary...Thanks to Pandora for recognizing this wonderful artist!
All 3 of my children have had this playing in their nurserys since birth....they still love it as they drift off to sleep every single night....very soothing...I never tire of hearing it.
I've been a big fan of Stadler's work for years. Good stuff to meditate to, and after a long night at work, its soothing sound lulls me quickly off to dreamland (which is where I'm about to head). :-)
being a massage therapist and a spiritualist who loves to listen to gentle melodies, deep trance, drumming, harp, piano, and other things while in meditation or other spiritual work, i ADORE gary stadler for his moving melodies, symphonies, and beauty in his music.
I usually hate this sugary, new age pap, but damn if I can't find anything wrong with it. Nice stuff to groove to and some of his songs cry out for a really sick remix. Also I really like some of the jazzy stuff on Yoga Moods. Also if you like this guy, check out Ulrich Schnauss. Kinda the same, but more electronic.
