In response to your question, Edwin, the giant reanimated head in the Dare video is that of Shaun Ryder, one of the collaborator s on the Demon Days album. Now maybe I'm misinterpret i n g your question, so here's my second answer: it's Gorillaz, crazy s**t like that happens on a regular basis. Just roll with it, and be glad they didn't go with the original idea, which cast Ryder as a tiny (nude?) fairy in a music box. As a sidenote, the video for this song is what got me hooked on Gorillaz.
