This song makes me think about warfare...Do i have problems?
It's not a ripoff just because they both have the theme of America is pretty messed up, that is ludicrous. There are tons and tons of songs like US History and this one. Uncle Sam Goddamn by Brother Ali is another great one.

With that said, I do agree that U.S history is better.

This came out in '08 so probably, and originals are ALWAYS better if it is a ripoff
I feel like this is a blatant ripoff of Flipsyde's 'U.S. History'... Which is way better executed imo. That was 2005, not sure when this song was released.
