Charlie is correct. It is from the little known musical Beef, it's what's for Dinner starring the voice of Robert Mitchem, then Sam Elliot. Critically it was an Off Broadway success and spawned inferior productions like Pork, the Other White Meat

@jbehme: Hoedown it is, but from Aaron Copeland's 1942 score for the Agnes DeMille ballet "Rodeo." From the Wiki article: "The well-known main theme of "Hoe-Down" is based on a unique version of the American folk song "Bonyparte" or "Bonaparte's Retreat," played by Salyersville , Kentucky fiddler William Hamilton Stepp, which was recorded in 1937 by Alan Lomax for the Library of Congress.
