before you all jump on my a**, I like the way Joe plays, been a fan since 2004 when I met him in Dallas. I just think this version is too slow for my blood.

Reconsider Baby is a blues song written and recorded by Lowell Fulson in 1954. West coast swing blues style originally. this version is slow and plodding. but the guitar work is good.
When I heard the opening bars, I thought, "Hey, a SRV track I haven't heard. Cool!". Then I saw it was Bonamassa. Impressive guitar work. A little derivative but hey, its the blues - of course it sounds like earlier work. I am at least interested in hearing more from this guy to see whether there's true originality or just musical virtuosity (which ain't bad either).
This sounds exactly like "Since I've Been Loving You" by Led Zeppelin. Bonamassa's a heck of a guitar player but credit should be given where credit is due.
Smoooooookin guitar work. Something else indeed. The more I explore on this guy, the more I like him. The Blues sure as heck ain't dead with Joe around.
