I keep a close watch on this heart of mine, I keep my eyes wide open all the time, I keep the ends out for the tie that binds, Because you're mine, I walk the line.

This song is mis-labeled as ‘I Walk the Line” by Johnny Cash. It’s actually by Rodney Crowell, “The first time I heard Jonnny Cash sing I Walk the Line”. Johnny has a part on this song, but it’s a different song folks.

Johnny and his ex son-in-law. Cool version.

Well I'd agree that they don't make 'em like they used to. I've got a '51 Merc and a '39 Ford and I think this is a cool revision...Johnny must have too or he he never would've done it!

they don't make em like they used to. sounds cheap. liking this as much as the original is like saying the same thing about a new mustang, vs. a classic one.
first time ive been on pandora but with music like this it most certainly WILL NOT BE THE LAST more stations on regular radio should play this kind of music

This is a great song, but aren't all Johnny Cash songs great? I was raised on Johnny Cash music, and the same influence has been left on my youngest son by his grandparents! Now, his boys love it too.

Terrific song, great tribute to Rodney's former father-in-law and mentor, sounds more Rock-a-Billy with the "tap-your-toe" upbeat tempo. You get the new style with good-ole Johnny singing!
