No. This is in vocalese. If you remember, it was for the movie Gladiator and the composer of the song, Lisa Gerrard, wrote it in her imaginary language.
And Lisa Kelly is from Ireland, so she'd likely sing in Irish, not Gaelic. They speak Gaelic in Scotland.

I like Lisa Gerrard's more. This one is good, but not as good as the original. :)
I have to say I like Gerrard's original version better. She actually sang it an octave lower than Kelly, giving it a much eerier feel in some places.
