Thank you, Pandora for putting Rainbow Valley in my cue. I had never heard it before. Too bad the album is an expensive import. It sounds like very soul-influenced prog.
Yes, we all know about Deep Purple's version, but, i think this attempt is worth the time i spent listinin to it...not too shabby. Just another band that i did'nt know existed, but, i do now...thk's Pandora!!
Even as a period piece it is inferior to Deep Purple's version on every level. Please add the the DP version to your library and jettison this lame attempt.

I agree with "beachbreak11 2" The Deep Purple version of "Hush" is truly far SUPERIOR. This version almost reminds me of the deep Purple album being played at 45 rpm.
Nice Spooky Tooth-ish stuff with a Marriott feel to the vocals, complete with Hammond and fuzz guitar! Complete period piece but that's part of the appeal. Good second-shelf group.
tAKES ME BACK TO 1975, MY FIRST TRUE LOVE, A RAINY WINTER NIGHT, IN MY 69 GTO, PARKING, JUST HOLDING. AFTER A BASKETBALL GAME, SHE WAS SO SPECIAL, THIS SONG ALWAYS BRINGS BACK THAT MAGIC MOMENT, NO MATTER WHAT ARTIST SINGS IT.
