Though Babylon and On was hailed as a return to form, the unfairly overlooked follow-up, Frank, comes much closer to the sound of classic Squeeze. While irresistable songs like "If It's Love" and "She Doesn't Have to Shave" more than make up for the blandness of the previous album, much of the material unfortunately misses the mark. ~ Chris Woodstra, All Music Guide
