Although an accurate comparison, it doesn't do the band justice to point out their resemblance to fellow Christian rockers Downhere and Sanctus Real. Sevenglory's substantive sophomore effort is more than a byproduct of fads. Perhaps flying under the radar long enough kept the band from being subject to contemporary radio trends. This is a plus for a group that shows its faith with well-crafted musicianship, not just generic worship ballads or in-your-face witnessing. The songs react to very human situations and present a grounded view of life. The best songs are the title track, "The Best Is Yet to Come," and lead radio single "Just Me," the latter of which was penned with the help of New Artist of the Year Brandon Heath. "Let It Be Love" and "All You Want" also show off catchy riffs that are almost too hot for their spiritual themes. ~ Jared Johnson, All Music Guide
