This from A Tribe Called Quence, not Quest, me thinks. They tried to use Tribe's status to put him on (cuz Q-tip was getting a cut of the money), hence the Tribe like cover and album name.

Actually it is mis-labeled. This is Consequence' s album, not ATCQ. It just so happens that a few of the cuts are remixed from Beats, Rhymes and Life, which is where Cons debuted as the pseudo 4th Quest-er.
