The overall sloppiness of it all doesn't bother me one bit. It's genuine and raw. I love it.

haha the guy who commented first made me laugh, in the bands younger days they did have a problem keeping time together and the changes were not the greated, but i think they have gottan a lot better, i saw them live and i didnt think it was god awful, some subtle mistakes, some slips but come on its a live performance, it happens, everytime a band goes on stage its not gonna be flawless

I really like deathcab, but after seeing them perform live, hearing this live EP, and witnessing them live on various live TV performances , I think it safe to say that they are one of the most god-awful live bands I've ever seen. They never approach being a "tight" band, and their lead singer doesn't seem to understand the importance of being near a mic while singing (though this could be intentional, since he doesn't sing well when he is near the mic).
