BMG Special Products' Big Dreams may not be a strict hits collection, but it's a good budget-priced sampler that offers a nice snapshot of Restless Heart's peak hitmaking years. There are a number of hits here -- "Big Dreams in a Small Town," "That Rock Won't Roll," "Long Lost Friend," "Say What's in Your Heart," "I Want Everyone to Cry" -- that are balanced by solid album tracks.
