@ Brent Stavig: Outstanding detective work. If only there had been some way to indicate it was a live album from the get-go, we could have avoided all of this unnecessary confusion after the fact. Perhaps they could have come up with a specially-wo r d e d title? I have a hard time visualizing how something like that would work. Maybe science will have an answer for us some time in the future.

It's odd how all of the tracks are described as "live". It's almost like it's a "live" album.
