This album isn't representative of their best stuff imho. But they were great. I prefer their double album Greatest Hits or Best of collection. I was fortunate enough to see them live, several times, back in the early 70's and they were a great live band. Always rocked the crowd.
I've somehow remained oblivious to this album until now. And I have to agree with Cynnamongrrl and even take it a step further: Burton Cummings is one of the greatest voices of the classic rock era.
Judging by the album cover shown, the band members are Burton Cummings (keyboard), Jim Kale (bass), and Garry Peterson (drums). Can't get a good look at the guitarist, but it should be Randy Bachman. That was the lineup at the time that "No Time was recorded, which appears on this album. (By the way, I'm going to see Randy and Burton at DTE (Pine Knob) next week. Can't wait!)
Listened to 'time of the season', man this does not sound like the Guess Who i remember, burton cummings and all. can't get more details off of pandora for who are the band members...
