Jimmy recorded this album at Bayshore Recording Studios on South Bayshore Drive in Coconut Grove, Florida in 1978. I was 19, riding in a car with a friend and we passed Jimmy walking towards the Grove. We pulled over and said hello, love your albums, etc. We had a huge joint and asked if he wanted to smoke it with us. He looked at it and said, "damn, that's a big joint. I'd love to, but I'm leaving on my sailboat tomorrow to the Caribbean and I've got too many things to do. Thanks anyway"...
