This was the final album featuring British dance/R&B vocalists Jane Eugene, Steve Nichol, and Carl McIntosh. They had been quite successful on both sides of the Atlantic in the mid-'80s and were at the time of this release not only performing but writing and producing tracks for Juliet Roberts, Phyllis Hyman, Five Star, Peter Royer, Cheryl Lynn, and Lavine Hudson. Their focus may have been divided, because this was their least attractive and interesting album of the string with the core trio. It did have a fine single in "Watching You," and "Mr. Bachelor" was a nice concept cut. But it was no surprise that they split following the album. ~ Ron Wynn, All Music Guide
My 11th grade year '88!! I thought I was listenin' to "Adult Music"..and bein' grown! They say this was thje "least creative"..but it is my fave one...I like them all,,but This one has a great feel to it!! STILL HAVE THE CASSETTE..IN MY CAR!! (diff car though)
"The Real Chuckeeboo" is another Loose Ends classic. The flow of the tracks overall was exceptional, especially the creativeness of The Real Chuckeeboo (track 3), 3 songs in 1, Tomorrow / Mr. Bachelor / You've Just Got To Have It All. If you are fortunate to experience the group in concert, you'll certainly enjoy the years of great songs that have influenced many artist to follow. JWallace-ATL
