Mr. Mister, a group of songwriters and session musicians from the 1980's, got together and released three albums. I Wear The Face(1984), Welcome To The Real World(1985), and Go On(1987) before calling it quits in 1988. Welcome To The Real World is the most solid of the three. The music features well harmonized vocals, searing guitar playing, awesome synthesizer work and masterful drumming. If you love 1980's rock, give this CD a listen to. It's great!! You'll love it!!

I lived this era and even though Iron Maiden, Twisted Sister, AC/DC, and W.A.S.P were (and still are) my favorite bands, Mr. Mister was some of the best Pop in the 80's and Kyrie is by far my favorite song here.

topsoil: No need to blush. Mr. Mister is, unfortunatel y , one of those 80s bands whose songs are better remembered than their name.

Great underrated group. People mostly know them for this album and it's singles, "Kryie" and "Broken Wings" and otherwise dismiss them. However, it's worth the 4 bucks to pick up the Broken Wings discount compilation. Great, inexpensive selection of music from all three of their albums. I liked the whole thing, even if it's a little dated.

......not a rocker...... a n d li'l embarrassed. . . b u t have never heard of Mr. Mister...... . h a v e heard b'wings on radio....... a n d love it!! what an interesting combination of electronics, percussion, good vocals...... . w e l l - c o n c e i v e d music/lyrics . . . . . b r o k e n wings indeed...... . .
