Total agreement with both of you: This is a downright magical record. I went through a stretch of playing this every night before going to sleep (not falling asleep to it). Seriously, close your eyes, listen, and take off. I have nothing to compare this to. These two guys are meant to make music for them, for us.

Totally agree with nytexan511. This is a must hear. It goes first in my collection, right before "A Map of the World". Close your eyes, and get lifted from your heart listening to this music. You won't regret it.

This is great music! One of my absolute favorites in my 2,000 + cd collection! The Grammy this recording garnered was well deserved!!! Both of these players are regarded by their peers as among the very best on their respective instruments! I certainly concur! Feel lucky to have seen both together live on numerous occasions, though never as strictly a duo.... that would be a very special treat! They should make another recording together! What a pair!!
