I remember seeing the Dead do this at Nassau in the 90s Branford Marsallis played with them that night. probably the best version of Eyes that I ever saw.:)

I was glad to hear that the surviving members of the greatful Dead are getting back together for a tour this summer. This recording is one example of the life they have left in them.

i know trey and mike toured with them that summer... it does sound like trey on guitar in a way - slide guitar, no idea, but pretty sick!
