This brainchild of Detroit house pioneer Kevin Saunderson doesn't have the thrust of his other project from the same era, Inner City, but it does have some fine, if monotonous, club jams on it. Working with faceless singers Rachel Kapp and LaTrece Barney, Saunderson flips the Reese Project into just another one of his fleeting whims, albeit one with dance hit "The Colour of Love," the highlight of this otherwise techno trifle. ~ Michael Gallucci, All Music Guide
