This compilation of tracks from Supersax & the LA Voices, taken from their only three albums (none of which ever came out on CD), is a real gem, with a retro kind of sound that you won't hear anywhere else. The lead alto, Sue Raney, is a veteran singer, with many albums to her own credit--but I think that her stint with the LA Voices is the highlight of her career.
