Haven't seen the movie, but I've seen a few clips and heard the songs. I like what they did with it- in one way, they butchered the songs, in another, they made them their own
I LOVED this movie. It does have like....negative effects on some people, like me. For example, the first time I saw it was with my boyfriend when he brought it over to my house on DVD. All I felt like doing while I watched it was get high and have sex with him....and I'm 14.....o.O AMAZING AS HELL movie.....kinda "subliminal messaging" thing....XD. Still amazing, though. :) I absolutely fell in love with The Beatles after watching it. :) Just effing great.
I wasnt sure how i was going to like this movie but the MUSIC is what "made" the movie. Love the songs....the soundtrack is awesome, but I agree, it is missing some of the good ones :(
love this movie and i can't believe they left off these: let it be, i want you(she's so heavy), dear prudence, all you need is love, girl, hold me tight, don't let me down, and being for the benifit of mr.kite,..... i can't think of any others but i'm sure there r some missing
faves are "all my loving" "i've just seen a face" "something" "happiness is a warm gun" "strawberry fields forever" and of course "across the universe"
But where is "dear prudence" and uh... I don't know the name is think it's called "girl" or "a girl" its @ the beginning ot the movie...
i honeslty and genuinely enjoyed this movie... and it's redone songs.... i loved it in fact. ha i didin't think the story was hollow at all. i thought it was interesting so boo to you coastisclear66
This was the most terrible movie I have ever EVER seen. It is such a disservice to cheapen the music of the Beatles with this trite, hollow story. I was disgusted...Not even the presence of the Secret Machines playing music coul help this debacle!!!
this is like the best movie in the whole world!!! i could watch it like 10 times a day and never get sick of it!the soundtrack is pretty awesome too!!!!
I love the movie and the soundtrack. My children love the music their 9 and 14. It's a way to introduce the Beatles to our children and they love it, just as I do.
