Everyone has their different oppinions and me, personally, I love Evanescence and Within Temptation. There isn't a happy medium for me, I either love it or I don't.

considering this band is older than Evanescence I think Within Temptation is much better. Live Amy Lee is alright, this girl is classically trained and more experienced and therefore wins my ear from Evanescence

I adore the lead singer's voice, but Amy Lee has more power behind hers, though this woman has a really high range.

she does remind me of Amy Lee, but her voice is higher, and sweeter than Lee's. my favorite song of all time is Jillian (I'd Give My Heart). one of the best songs i've ever heard.

Sharon's the best singer in the genre IMHO. She sings with emotion, without being overly and hollowly operatic like Tarja. I love this album, but the songs are very similar and formulaic... but fortunately if it's a song you like, that means you like the whole album! :)

She sounds like Amy Lee but better!!! OMFG!! The music and the sounds makes the vocals comes to life and speaks to you!! I like, 2,4,5,7,8.

This album is one of the best ever made by them. Memorable include Memories Angels and See Who I am.

Memories is the most amazing song on this CD and angels or the others. they are all so good that I can't even choose. They rock! They are my favorite band!

Somewhere is pretty much my fav song on this album. It's a great one, that's for sure! I didn't hesitate to get it! Each and every song is great, it's one of those albums that doesn't seem to have a bad song on it.

okay i just listened to the sample of somewhere for the first time and i LOVE IT. it's sounds so awsome and i haven't even listened to the whole song. and wow is all i have to say. i didn't realize that they were such great vocalists.

This album is beautiful. Rich dark instrumental s backing clear soprano vocals. 'Angels' and 'It's the Fear' are easily among my favorite Within Temptation songs.
