the singer is indeed nina ramsey from salt. baxter is one of my fav trip..electr o . . d r u m . . groups of all time. never made it too big here in US. they also have a 2nd album which is a bit on the lighter side but very hard to find. you can order it from overseas carriers.

I used to have a promaotional tape of Baxter ... I completely forgot about them

The singer's voice sounds a lot like the singer from the Swedish band Salt. It's almost uncanny.
