Biography
Colorado-based electro/screamo duo Breathe Carolina formed in 2006 around the talents of Kyle Even and David Schmitt. The Denver group's blend of synth-based beats and melodic screaming first appeared on the public radar in 2007 with the self-released Gossip EP. It was followed in 2008 by the band's first full-length for Rise Records, It's Classy, Not Classic, which featured all of the tracks that appeared on Gossip with six new additional songs. The duo has toured relentlessly, sharing the stage with contemporaries such as the Secret Handshake, Millionaires, and Brokencyde. ~ James Christopher Monger, All Music Guide

These guys are awesome. I first heard them on a Punk Goes Pop album and have been listening to them since then. =)

i took my 12 year old sister to a Breathe Carolina show, and she was just lovin life, not only did they put on a great show, but they met her and huged her! Kyle Even and David Schmitt are the NICEST musicians on the face of this earth! not only do they create AMAZING music, but everywhere they go its a dance party. they are sooooo good live. oh my hell they are just the best.
