Every time she comes on my "Dar Williams Radio" station, I have to check and see who's singing. She is so compelling.

Awesome!! I'm dropping by the local music store on my way home tonight to pick up 'Driving North'. Heck, I'm gonna look for the 'Dryland' cd too!! She's incredible!!

lovely, lovely, lovely, I will be picking this artist up. Thank God for Pandora Radio and NPR radio so we can hear all of these great artist that mainstream radio does not always play.
I remember the first time I heard Chris, my heart shook. I played this album on a loop for days. She's amazing.
Chris's songs express a lot of various emotions and paint a vivid picture. She's now a favorite.
Saw Chris open for Dar Williams in fall '07 and she was great! Love her music.
amazing artists, beautiful and intriguing voice and guitar playing. interesting lyrics which have much depth
Her vocals on "Burning Bridges" from the album "Driving North" are reminiscent of Ani DiFranco's gritty yet soft voice. Her strumming guitar melodies are more accessible and feel more Tracy Chapman-esqu e .
