Wow! I can hardly believe this band is still going strong. I first heard them in Boulder way back in the early 90's, what seems like years ago now! They were extremely engaging and wonderful back then, and having just re-discovere d them in the last week, it seems to me that they are still alive and kickin'! So awesome!!!!! ! ! ! ! ! ! (I use to live walking distance from the Irish bar they used to play at!)

We were told this weekend the band is in recording a new album. They had no title for the new album as yet. It should be another wonderful album, we got to hear some of the song that are going on the new one that night.

Colcannon is a Irish Delicacy made of fresh mashed boiled potatoes and cabbage.Thei r music is just that.It's a beautiful
mix of delicate traditional songs. You can't get any better.The music fills the heart like the spud fills the belly warm on cold wet days. |

I would just like to say that Colcannon is the best name for a band ever. Right up there with Enter the Haggis. xD

One of my favorite artists! I've had the pleasure of seeing them live a couple times and the energy and connection they have with the audience is truly wonderful. A lot of fun! I highly recommend them! :)
