The group Cornelius Brothers and Sister Rose was a group of brothers and sisters from Florida had a brief stint on the charts in 1971 with the hit ( Treat Her Like A Lady ) in 1972 with the hit ( Too Late to Turn Back Now ) penned by
Eddie Cornelius . The original group members are Eddie' Carter' and sister Rose Cornelius and later their sister Billie-Jo
The group broke up in 1976 ( Carter passed away in 1991 and Eddie is a Pastor and writes music of Faith

Carter Cornelius did pass away in November 1991 from a heart attack. The 3 remaining members are still alive. I live in Los Angeles and a disc jockey from an oldies station made that statement. Sorry about the misinformati o n .
