Each piece I have heard by Dan Gibson has struck such an incredible chord with something deep inside of me! Especially his Appalachian Mountain suite. Living on the east coast of the US, I have heard every sound of nature he includes in this wonderful CD, and listening to it takes me away and puts me where I was when I originally heard the sound. And then the music he uses to paint with in each piece, it is just INCREDIBLE! The sense of peace and serenity that his music inspires is priceless!

Very good, this has appealed to my strong connection to nature, it really aroused my euphoric senses with a most calming effect. Very pleasing.

i am a piano player and everyone says i'm really good. but compared to this amazing music, i am in awe at how amateur i sound. dan gibson is truly spectacular and i love to listen to this and imagine the scene in my head.

I see that One Last Goodbye is based on Dona Nobis Pacem. It's a beautiful rendition. Great job Dan!

Anything Dan Gibson does is beautiful. He does one of the desert that is fantastic. With all the animal and birds of the desert plus beautiful music.

I am consistently pleased with the items I've heard from Dan...mixing nature sounds with the relaxing small chamber ensemble and piano is quite refreshing.

I have two other CDs of his: Legend of the Wolf and Journey with the Whales, both are in his Solitudes collection. Please add them to Pandora, if he is willing to do so. Oh, and give him my sincerest thanks.

His cd titled "Atlantic Suite" is one of my 2 favorite "relax cd's" --the cd is actually my mother's and I have never seen it to by my own & am wondering if it is available to buy --i don't see it listed above??

Thanks for all your input I now some wonderfal facts about this amazing artist. This is great background music but everytime I start to heart the nature sounds (from my random picks) I immediately check to view who the artist is....This music most be awesome on a BOSE CD player!

I love Dan Gibson's Solitudes. It's too bad he passed on soon, he would've given us so much more to enjoy.

This is the music that my acupuncture clients like the most. It is comforting and doesn't ask anything of the listener. I always say "this is my theme music".
