I agree with klstiner, if you don't like him don't listen. There are plenty more artist you can listen too.
He is the most amazing musician on the planet, if you don't like him, don't listen. No one cares.
i couldn't be sick of anything more than i am of this.... sure he can play ... but i have been force fed this guy for way tooooo long... the money men have ruined it for me

Seems like the average comment is from listeners 8-10 years old. I listened to DMB when I was in high school and college. Amazing quitar, interesting time signitures, unique sound and blend of many musical genres. Musicianship all around yet appeals to the masses at the same time. DMB is one of a kind.

not the best guitar player in the world but could compete for one of the best song writers that has been around in a while! Dave Matthew's Band was my favorite band when i was in the 3rd grade, long before they were as famous as they eventually became, their music opened my eyes and my mind to the big world of good music that was out there at an early age. I love the nostalgia i feel when i listen to them/him.

This is the first time I have listened to Dave Matthews. I find this music quite relaxing on many levels... quite nice!
The expression of his lyrics and music make me feel so wonderful inside.... I have to listen to Dave on a daily basis
DMB I agree thr drummer is gd. But he could play any type of music u put in front of him. I'm sure he reads and loves playing jazz. The bass player is
ecellent and if i had to guess he has studied James Jamerson as many of the Bass players that get jobs and hang around do as well. |
I keep coming back to Dave when exploring for other music sounds. Old Allman Brothers is the only band that can keep me away for an extended period.
I used to watch Dave play for free! Now he is expensive, but the music is still great. Hey, Other white meat.. Why are you in this discussion if you don't like Dave anyway???
What is your problem with Dave, Jay.... ? Sounds like you are just jealous. It is not that you don't like Dave, you just don't like yourself
Hahaha, Jay Porks is funny! Btw, why Hootie? Kindda random don't you think? Oh I know! You're stuck in that era. You like the bands that never moved on and couldn't moved on just like your late 80's and early 90's band. STUCK is the word. RIP LeRoi Moore 1961-2008.
You dont have Dave??? this is one of the best artisits. I've loved him since 7th grade. How do you have Poalo Nutini, and not Dave? that's rediculous!!
The West Palm shows rocked with Tim!!! Love the new guys on the horns, get well soon LeRoi :)
Not sure if he ever met or jammed with Ian Anderson but I hope they try.. I would love to be there.
