Your comment is far more informative than the above biography by Thom Granger. I had owned a couple of Meece LPs back in the late seventies. Hadn't really thought about him (or his contempories ) until hearing once again on Pandora. Now, if Pandora could actually get a decent biography to go with his music. |

David Meece has always been my favorite Christian musician. He has recorded more than 12 albums since the early 70s. He continues to record and travels to churches in the U.S. and abroad. I've seen him live at least 8 times since age 13 and still make it a point,over twenty years later,to see him if he's playing somewhere close. David is personable,a p p r o a c h a b l e , and stays faithful to his cause: sharing Jesus and the forgiveness He offers to those who are willing to give up "self" and follow Him.
