Demon Hunter
Biography
Sgt. Serpent, Chuck Knuckles, Utah Biggs, Arm, and John Gredal comprise the heavy, aggressive metal sounds of Seattle's Demon Hunter. They hooked up with Aaron Sprinkle (MxPx, Dolour, Poor Old Lu) for their Solid State self-titled debut, which appeared in fall 2002. Their individual identities were later revealed as brothers (and ex-Training for Utopia members) vocalist Ryan Clark and guitarist Don Clark, drummer Jesse Sprinkle (ex-Poor Old Lu), bassist Joe Dunn, and guitarist Kris McCaddon (ex-Embodyment). Summer of Darkness was issued in mid-2004, after which a couple membership changes occurred. Sprinkle left to join Dead Poetic and was replaced by Timothy "Yogi" Watts (ex-Lonely Hearts), and McCaddon exited to be replaced by Ethan Luck (formerly of the O.C. Supertones). This was the very first metal band I ever listened to. They were my favorite at one point, but then their songs seemed to all sound the same. Now I could care less about listening to them... August Burns Red is WAY better.

the song "Not Ready to Die" is my life's anthem.. I literally died a few years back after a heart surgery.. only a few minutes, but Jesus woke me up.. I have a mission to complete.. .and there is NO WAY I am ready to Die now.. besides.. Death really tastes bad.. needs deodorant or something!! LOL!!

Why didn't they put the skull on their new disk? I kind liked the fact that all of them had the same thing on them just with slightly diferent variations.

Yo! i mostly love hard cristian rock bands..skill e t and red are like my favorite...i didn't really like metal cause I thought it was just noise..but when u liston to them enough U can understand them and really get there messages, these guys R0CK!

these guys rock...I am big fan of Skillet and Pillar and have been trying to find a good metal band with a good message! This is them...I could listen to these guys forever! Keep it up Demon Hunter!!!

love them! i only have two albums, but they rock my world and the lyrics really speak into my darker moments and can change my mood for the better

Great band, known about them for a while, but Pandora has showed me a side I really enjoy. Unique sound, awesome talent, and enough adrenaline to keep me awake late at night ;)

this is one of the greatest bands i found them a while ago and i love these guys they are badass and i hope that they stay together for a long time to come. bringing us more and more epic music. plus for all of you who don't like them because they are "christian" f**k off i am pagan who was an atheists not that long ago and i've liked them through all of that. if you don't like if get off their page asses.

This is 1 of My Fav Bands and I got all there albums but their self titled...don t know how it is but i'd like to get a hold of it, as malichininja and k262 says these guys Rule!

Pandora is ghetto it has the music from 45 Days but no self-tiled, weak.

Christian or not, these guys have a sick groove, and they don't throw god in your face...saw a dvd where Pantera was a major influence for these guys and you can tell...much love for the hunters!

It is christian music, yet I do agree that it is for everyone...i t was never meant for just one group

Its not Christian music man. This music is for everyone. Not just for Christians. They are good musicians who sing about God and living a different life. Too many Christian musicians just make music for other believers, and thats not the way to be a disciple as Jesus had/has asked of us....
