Tool.Honk, Soil is an American band unrelated to the other two. The lead singer of that band left and joined Drowning Pool. I actually like their stuff with him but a lot of others don't.

Is Soilwork, Disarmonia related to the band Soil at all? I like all three and it seems like the lead singer is freakin everywhere.

I knew it had to be Strid, this band is tight as f**k, it sounds like older Soilwork, which is good because the new stuff is starting to get a little on the soft side, and yes I know bands evolve and change there sound, but old Soilwork is brutal as f**k and I miss it.

Though I like this style of metal, all these guys start sounding the same after awhile. Still rocks though!

I thought this was Soilwork the first time I heard it ("Quicksand Symmetry") - Same for me, singer sounds like strid, and uses a lot of the same style melodies. Soilwork pwns so I suppose it's def not a bad thing. I'm loving pretty much any bands that those guys find themselves in, listening to coldseed now- |

weeping willow sucks unoriginal godsmack c**k. This music is some of the most creative blend of death metal growls and melody i have ever heard.

Just heard Process of Annihilation and it was amazing! I hope the rest of their stuff is that good. The blend of screaming with the great harmonized singing just blew me away.

Have mixed feelings about these guys. Some of it is really trashy; a guilty-pleas u r e sort of appeal (just like Soilwork) and some of it is legitimately good and exciting. Not sure it has much lasting power, though.

It sounds like soilwork because this is in fact Bjorn Strid from soilwork singing. He did 2 albums with Disarmonia.

I haven't heard these guys in a while: it is most certainly true now in my opinion that metal bands improve insanely over time!
