I can't find much about this artist. The only song I've heard on Pandora is "The Promise" which is a great song (which sounds like a song from the 80's that I can't put my finger on). From what I've gathered on the internet, the song came out in 1998. I live in the USA and that's the first time I've heard it (now being over 10 years later).
